Coffee tasting is a way to travel without moving.

In this workshop we’ll explore different cup profiles through a selection of coffees from some of the best local and European roasters. A space to pause, taste, and understand how origin, processing, and roasting express themselves in each cup.

What will you learn?

Throughout the workshop we’ll learn to perceive and understand coffee through experience:

• Introduction to coffee cupping
• Differences between origins, processing methods, and roasts
• The coffee flavor wheel
• The nose of coffee
• How to describe a cup of coffee
• Guided tasting

Workshop format

• Duration: ~2 hours
• Maximum 4 people
• Level: no previous experience necessary
• Days: workshops take place on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 6:00 PM.
• Date: to be arranged. Once you’ve booked, we’ll get in touch with you to agree on the workshop day.
• So you can practice at home, our workshop includes a 250g bag of our house coffee.
